The article presents the results of spread various forms endometritis in cows. At same time, subclinical form was most often recorded (22.48%). Intrauterine administration Metricef allows achieving fruitful insemination cows (82.35%). Positive restoring fertility with can also be obtained after treatment anti-mastitis preparation dienomast. Fertilization animals its application 76.47%.
